Thank you for your interest in joining the Florida State University (FSU) Black Alumni.

The FSU Black Alumni provides a framework for Black alumni to meet formally and informally for academic, social, and other alumni oriented purposes. Membership is open to any alumnus, associate, or affiliate of the university with an earnest and steadfast commitment to the aims and goals of alumni, faculty, and students.

Your willingness to join provides support for our University, and you can make an immediate and lasting impact on the quality of the educational experience at FSU. It also demonstrates your commitment to diversity and to ensuring that FSU remains one of the premier institutions for retention and graduation of students of color.

There are many benefits to joining the FSU Black Alumni, some of which are listed below:

    • Automatic membership in the FSU Alumni Association;
    • Discounts on FSU Black Alumni sponsored events;
    • Subscription to the VIRES magazine (published b-annually);
    • Priority points toward season ticket purchases for FSU athletic events;
